It is hard to believe that it is now approaching seven years that I have been doing business with Sherwood Shelving.  More often than not, businesses receive letters of complaint rather than acknowledgement.  So I would like to take a moment to let you know how much I have appreciated doing business with you over the past years.  Ever since the start, you and your team have provided outstanding service and a top notch, quality product.  I have always respected your commitment to consistently improving both material and production processes.  Having been involved with a number of manufacturing businesses myself, I am well aware that things don’t always run smoothly!  I am amazed how few times my orders have been delayed and I have had only one warrantee issue that was dealt with the same day without question. 

Lastly, and for me most importantly, I want to acknowledge you for the level of integrity you bring to the industry.  I have seen many companies come and go because they are in it for the quick buck and could care less about developing lasting relationships which see you through the lean times.  The past seven years is a testament to both your personal and ethical approach to doing business. 

I truly appreciate it and look forward to many more profitable and rewarding years together.
